Posting here for traffic, sorry. Grin

We're coming to the UK in October and want to take ds to an amusement type park. He's a small 4 year old so I feel like Alton Towers etc will be lost on him.

Legoland I haven't been to in about 10 years but I wasn't that impressed.

I remember Efteling being incredible when I was his age, is it still amazing? I'm guessing flights to Holland would be cheapish.

Anywhere else incredible?

We went to Gullivers this week, so impressed. Ideal for a 4 year old.

We did lightwater valley in north Yorkshire the other day.. it was great for my almost 3 year old and most rides were perfect for 5 year olds imo! It's not very big but there's flamingo land nearby too which I always loved as a child plus there are lots of other interesting places to explore (The forbidden corner). Just something a little different.. not the best but lots of different places a 5 year old would love! Could stay in York or somewhere in the countryside and get to a different place each day!

We liked Europa Park and Legoland in Germany.

Efteling was still awesome last summer when I visited with my 3 aged 12, 9 and 7. They all loved it.
