I think the meaning of the word has a different meaning in these current times

I personally hate the term and thinknit should be totally banned

But can see why it’s confussing for younger people with it in so many pop songs

But, I think in that example, they used the exact same CVs. So, there was no difference in age or status or education. It was only the name.

Agreed, there is still racism around, even if it’s under the radar or subconscious. Saying that “white people” also experience problems to therefore racism doesn’t exist is deeply stupid and offensive. Does the fact men have also problems mean sexism doesn’t exist?
