I also work with millennials in my nhs job. They are my nurse colleagues, doctors, prison officers and patients! My private practice was just an example. It hits me harder there because it directly affects my business and part of my income.

I work with millennials in my NHS job Fruit and yes some are a PITA but so are some consultants who tend to be Gen X. In any group of people there will be incompetent, annoying people regardless of generation.

I work in the NHS and find that us millennials are the only ones who can seem to be bothered to carry on working while gen x seem to be retiring as soon as they can and then coming back part time in order to take the piss as much as they can and do minimal work.

Screw 50% inheritance tax!
