Mine would be fish and chips (really good ones with perfectly crisp batter, salt and vinegar chips and a beautiful coastal view to enjoy them by)

Steak and ale pie or
Roast leg of lamb, roast potatoes, cauli and broccoli cheese dish, roasted parsnips and carrots. Other veg as desired. Gravy made with lamb juices. AND YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS
