As in the big sharing bags? In one go? I have no one to share them with, little willpower, and to be honest they’re mostly full of air anyway aren’t they?

YANBU.

HTH.

And have a Brew

checkingforballoons · 12/08/2018 21:42

If you only eat a few Maltesers you’ll hardly burn any calories at all. If you eat a whole bag you’ll burn loads. It’s a no brainer.

DeadDoorpost · 12/08/2018 21:42

Eat them all!

I may be capable of eating 4 share bags by myself. Chocolate doesn't make me feel sick...

BigGreenOlives · 12/08/2018 21:42

From what I remember if you eat malteasers you can swim & dive so YANBU to eat them all.

SunflowerJo08 · 12/08/2018 21:42

Blimey no, I can eat a whole huge box by myself and not care!

TheMobileSiteMadeMeSignup · 12/08/2018 21:45

I always pour out what it says is a single portion...laugh, then continue eating all the other portions as well.

But if I only have a normal sized bag I don't go looking for more. It's psychological*

*i have absolutely no medical training much less a degree in psychology.

Enjoy the maltesers.

9amTrain · 12/08/2018 21:45

I did the same and a lot more than that recently. YANBU.

LuckyLuckyWoman · 12/08/2018 21:46

1 bag = 1 portion

DroningOn · 12/08/2018 21:46

They're mostly air, only equates to a small fun size mars bar

JupiterBelle · 12/08/2018 21:47

Now I want maltesers!!! Dammit.

Eat them all!!!!

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 21:50

Perfect responses!

Gardenpicnic mmm yes a nice cuppa.

checkingforballoons Oh my goodness, I never thought of that! In that case, TWO bags would be even better, yeah?!

DeadDoorpost I feel like I now need to challenge you to eat 4 bags! Grin

BigGreenOlives I can swim but have never been able to dive, so that’s definitely a reason to keep on eating!

SunflowerJo08 Phew, not just me then!

TheMobileSiteMadeMeSignUp It’s definitely psychological! But better value to buy the bigger bags, so I just had to obviously. I try to avoid looking at what they reckon a portion equals as I know I wouldn’t stick to it.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 12/08/2018 21:51

ineedwine99 · 12/08/2018 21:51

Never ever do i share malteasers!!! Enjoy Grin

DeadDoorpost · 12/08/2018 21:52

Dancer12345 challenge accepted 😂😂 (one day I'll do it. How many grams in your bag?)

user139328237 · 12/08/2018 21:53

There about half the size they were 5 years ago so are clearly no longer suitable for sharing... (not that they ever were)

TokyoSushi · 12/08/2018 21:53

YANBU, DD (5) and I ate a sharing bag in under 5 minutes yesterday! Grin

HRTpatch · 12/08/2018 21:53

I did last night. Felt sick.
I haven't had chocolate for about a year.

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 21:54

9amTrain I’ll keep going then!

LuckyLuckyWoman Does that apply to all food? Like large bags of crisps, chocolates... does a whole cake = one portion? Brill if so! I’ve been depriving myself all these years!

DroningOn I haven’t had a Mars bat for years! They only come in smal or regular sizes though!

JupiterBelle Sorry! I’ll enjoy them on your behalf!

bourbonbiccy · 12/08/2018 21:54

I agree one bag one portion !! But I am terrible and eat biscuit by the packet... Again one packet =one portion in my book.

Lululemonade · 12/08/2018 21:57

Mmmm.... now I want Malteasers.... fine to eat a sharing bag, remember they are lighter than ordinary chocolate 😂

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 21:57

Loving the general consensus!

DeadDoorpost 93 grams. Not a lot really!

OP posts:
Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 21:59

lostfrequencies Do you share food in general? I’m such a “Joey” (from Friends) and struggle to share any food, let alone chocolate!

OP posts:
TheMobileSiteMadeMeSignup · 12/08/2018 22:00

I buy chocolate based on economy of scale as well Grin.

Does anyone know what the wee plastic sticky bit is for? Like, why would you reseal the packet?!?!?

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 22:00

HRTpatch No chocolate for a year?! I struggle after a day!
