To eat a whole bag of Maltesers?!

As in the big sharing bags? In one go? I have no one to share them with, little willpower, and to be honest they’re mostly full of air anyway aren’t they?

I like how they put a resealable tab on them like anyone is ever going to use them.

Fairylea · 12/08/2018 22:01

Oh god no who shares a share bag?! They just call them share bags so you feel less shame when you buy them. Grin

Vitalogy · 12/08/2018 22:01

Those share bags do make me laugh.

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 22:26

On the odd occasion I’ve tried to use one of the resealable tabs, they didn’t work very well. Surely that’s a sign to eat them all in one go, otherwise the chocolates will quickly spoil?!

Fairylea Grin That’s brilliant!

YANBU

Yum

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks · 12/08/2018 22:29

Thanks everyone, I'm in bed, the most exciting snack in the house is bread, and I'm now hungry.

LoveMoreSleepPlease · 12/08/2018 22:30

Just ate a bag of minstrels ...

HonkyWonkWoman · 12/08/2018 22:31

Full box here! 😂 and proud of the fact!!!

Btw! Does everyone eat a half litre Hagen Daz in one go!

That my absolute forte! 😂

HonkyWonkWoman · 12/08/2018 22:33

You're welcome!

PasstheStarmix · 12/08/2018 22:34

Malteasers are lower fat. I mean it’s not like they’re filled with caramel or more chocolate. Think of it as not the best choice but a better choice than you could have made. It’s the same with those chocolate bars with rice crispies in, they’re half air.

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks · 12/08/2018 22:37

Thanks Honky! 😆

StayAChild · 12/08/2018 22:37

Definitely NBU. I often wonder who shares them. They're gone in no time! The best thing is when you think they've all gone and you find one lurking in the bottom of the bag.

The looks my DH gets if he asks 'are any of those for me?' Hmm

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 22:37

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks Do you have any jam? Jam butty!

HonkyWonkWoman Did this regularly as a teenager but not tried since then! I now want some Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough, yum! Would settle for Haagen Dazs cookies and cream though.

StayAChild I hope you point him in them the direction of the nearest shop. Although you now have proof (this thread) that they’re not meant for sharing. You’re welcome! Wink

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks · 12/08/2018 22:41

I think I might have! I'm off to have a look. Thanks Dancer! 😆

StayAChild · 12/08/2018 23:18

Dancer12345
He NEVER wants them at the shop. He says he's cutting down. Until the bag comes out. I've started sneaking it down the side the sofa arm and try not to rattle. Wink

Has anyone tried the Malteser buttons? Don't bother! They're extremely underwhelming.

SteviaStephanie · 12/08/2018 23:26

A bag? You know you can get massive 400g boxes.......

Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 23:29

SteviaStephanie Shock I’ve never seen them before! Wow!

OP posts:
Dancer12345 · 12/08/2018 23:30

StayAChild I recently saw them and wondered. I know to not bother now though. Thanks!

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks Hope you’re currently tucking into some lovely thick bread, butter and raspberry jam! Mmm!

I often take two sharing bags into work, one to share and one for me!
