Chatting to a friend about going out tonight (after the week I've had, I bloody deserve it!)

She started on a massive stretch about me claiming PIP to "piss it up the wall", I obviously need the disposible income, etc, etc. It was really bitchy!

She's made catty comments in the past, but tbh I thought that was down to me- I have a weird sense of humor, and take the piss out of myself all the time. But never like this.

She said that, if I was independant enough to go out alone (I'll be meeting a friend, but eill be making my own way) I shouldn't be claiming Personal INDEPENDANCE Payment, and that "I'm what's wrong with the government atm!

I sent her a REALLY sarky text in reply, but it's made me doubt myself!

I've often wondered why my family make me feel the need to justify myself, including DH, then when I do it's "making excuses", even though none of them know I'm autistic, apart from my DC and my DM. My DM still doesn't change her behaviour and still says things that she knows will cause a row.

I actually managed to meet up with some other pokemonners for a "raid" earlier this afternoon Collaborative things that spring up at specific locations with an hour's warning for you to get a group together and go and play. There's a local WhatsApp group for it and 99% I can't get to because they're outside reasonable scooting range but occasionally one pops up close enough, at a time I can do and when enough people can get to it (most live a couple of miles away where the majority of these raids happen). I'm getting to know the group and it may sound mad but it makes me feel really good to go out on my own to meet them to play. I was housebound for a long time, then got the scooter and was well enough to start to use it, then moved to a new city with DP where over the last couple of years I've slowly gained the confidence to explore locally and made friends through craft groups and pokemon. Still get a buzz from going out and managing something, even if I flop physically afterwards!

Nearly all of them none from abroad and I'm missing a few special ones that you can only get from these raids because I either couldn't go or couldn't catch them after we all fought them, and there's one I still need to evolve but can't yet. I've been playing since the day before it was officially released in the UK and am somewhat addicted. DP plays too though so we go out together. It gets me out on the scooter every day, and I spend time with DP playing. It's good for me

They think my pituitary gland is screwing up and causing all my health shit, if it is means I either need a CT, MRI or biopsy of the gland. Consultant said it's most likely gonna be dangerous for me to carry another baby and all that jazz, not like it wasn't dangerous the last time or anything 😂😂

I'd just cut ties altogether! What a disgusting excuse for a person - let alone a 'friend' you don't need 20/20 vision to see that ugly attitude!
