As a side note... DH is US citizen so has to file US taxes every year. He had to disclose any UK money or overseas bank accounts to the US. Every year he literally loses sleep worrying about making sure he's done it correctly (and that's with an accountant helping!) He fears the IRS more than anything! So Manafort is definitely going down for all sorts of tax evasion!
