Health and fitness is serious stuff. Professionals qualify to give this sort of advice and support. It seems to me that Scarlett hasn't these skills and isn't following the 'advice' her DVD promotes. Would I buy her health and fitness DVD's? - no not looking at her weight loss (prior to making them) and her weight gain (since)

I'm not likely to buy it either as she's not my cup of tea celeb wise, but (she does look fab and even though she had masses of support to get there it would have still been hard work so well done Scarlett) why the immense vitrol against her op?
