When I feel shit about my body the last thing I would do is post pictures for people to tell me how they think I look.

In fact, I stay away from posting any photos anywhere.

No i will explain that better. Even though I hate my looks people will still ignore them to get what they want. My point was actually your looks dont affect finding a partner who is right for you as your personality matters. So In a clumsy way I was telling op looks isnt important when you meet the right person.

Well this is kind of ignorant. A lack of sexual attraction to others doesn’t stop asexual people from dating, having sex, falling in love, having children and getting married. Being asexual doesn’t mean wanting to be single and childless all your life

Perhaps do some reading up on it in case you come across an actual asexual person on here or in real life.

No. I have "normal" genitals, but I have no ovaries.

Yes, there are. There was an AMA thread on it recently.

A quick google of 'asexual' (which isn't even what the OP is) suggests it means - 'a person who has no sexual feelings or desires'.

So that sort of does suggest asexual people don't do a whole heap of dating, having sex, falling in love, having children and getting married, etc.

Dowager thats what I thought. The asexual people I have met dont date or have a desire to so i was asking op how it affected her. Although I know now I misread and shes not asexual so I was mistaken anyway.

Having no ovaries stops you going through puberty. I had very delayed puberty (medically induced when I was 17) and my feelings of not looking like - or being - a proper woman haven't really gone away.
