More Time in Bed or Always Shower?

For reasons I can’t go into (outing for sure!) I got little sleep last night andd have a knackering day ahead in work. AIBU to have a little extra time in bed and sacrifice a shower for (as Nessa would say in Gavin and Stacey) a personal wash? I also have dry shampoo!

if you're worried people on the internet might know who u are and that you haven't showered, why aren't you bothered that everyone you meet in real life today will see / smell u and know too ?

Would be an absolute miracle if everyone in 'my area' recognised me on the street let alone on an internet chat forum.

Having said that, If anyone at work comes up to you and sniffs you today, you'll know they're a MNetter for sure.

The faff of only washing personal bits is just ridiculous and no faster than a shower.

1. Because I was giving a gay sex talk instead of voting in parliament.

Stay in bed, who needs a shower every day aside from labourers, builders, miners. Stay in bed a bit longer, rub a flannel over your armpits, spray some smelly stuff on, ta-da!

We had problems with our shower head recently, so had to faff around trying to do strip washes in the kitchen sink for a few days. I felt like I was living in a Catherine Cookson novel, it was positively medieval. It certainly took longer and was more hassle than a quick shower.
