Had a MCchicken sandwich, strawberry milkshake and chips for afternoon snack lunch. So good. Tasted like 1997.

What would you have? I'm buying

Haha, yup sometimes only a Maccy d will do
I like a caff breakfast. With loads of brown sauce and vinegar

Sparklingbrook · 14/07/2018 10:49

I could just eat a caff breakfast now you mention it Lipstick. Grin As long as there's mushrooms and tomatoes and maybe some fried bread.

KinkyAfro · 14/07/2018 10:52

Double sausage and egg mcmuffin and a honeycomb frappe, thanks

PinkHeart5914 · 14/07/2018 10:53

Love we have 8 pages of this! However not sure why a few posters feel the need to post just to say they wouldn’t eat the food, I mean clearly from the title this thread will be full of people that like McDonald’s so why open it.

I’ll have a large quarter pounder meals, with cola ( not the diet one please) and a side of chicken nuggets.

ColinsVeryJolly · 14/07/2018 10:54

Large quarter pounder meal, with a full sugar coke (how it used to be before sugar tax)

6 nuggets on the side with bbq sauce

Apple pie.

I am fat.

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 14/07/2018 10:55

Mmmmm, yes,and I mean caff as in mugs of tea.vinegar on table
None o that fancy ciabatta, smashed avocado that.nope
A caff breakfast is heaving with items that def includes fried bread, mushrooms

ColinsVeryJolly · 14/07/2018 10:55

Cross posted with another greedy chicken nugget as a side lover Grin

agedknees · 14/07/2018 10:56

I so want a McDonald’s now.

yawning801 · 14/07/2018 10:57

Filet of fish without the tartar sauce (don't judge, it doesn't agree with me!) and a medium fries, McFlurry and strawberry lemonade. They used to do those mozzarella bites but I don't know if they still do them.

zaalitje · 14/07/2018 10:59

Quarter pounder with cheese, fries, random dip, chocolate milkshake, apple pie and a toffee sundae

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 14/07/2018 10:59

Am I missing a trick, I’d no idea you could personalise a McD so much
So can I request extra gherkins etc

EvilMorty · 14/07/2018 11:00

You can lipstick but you wait ages for them to make it. I don’t eat the cheese on a McMuffin so I have to have one made fresh, they can’t just take the cheese out.

EvilMorty · 14/07/2018 11:01

Oh god I forgot about the apple pie! Taste of the 80s that is! I could murder one now!

TSSDNCOP · 14/07/2018 11:02

Quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and a chocolate milkshake please.

I LOVE McD.

EvilMorty · 14/07/2018 11:03

Also, I had a Maccy D’s in New York that was like a McMuffin but instead of muffin buns it was between two pancakes Shock they were all sticky from maple syrup, it was both nasty and amazing!!

They had Still Fanta as well, may it rest in peace Sad

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 14/07/2018 11:03

EvilMorty, cheers good to know

WhatToDoAboutWailmerGoneRogue · 14/07/2018 11:04

They used to do those mozzarella bites but I don't know if they still do them.

yawning801 We always have a cheese side, but we change them slightly with each new promotion. Some come around every so often while others don’t. At the moment we have Cheese Bites, which are a mix of mozzarella and Emmental cheese Smile

BlessedBeTheFruitCake · 14/07/2018 11:04

Chicken legend meal (mayo) with strawberry milkshake (to dip my fries in)Blush I've been doing it since I was pregnant - 15yrs ago!

Sparklingbrook · 14/07/2018 11:08

Oh yes, huge mug of tea is essential to a non dirty caff breakfast.

When you order using the boards at McD's you can press the customize button and mess about with the order, saves baffling a real person with DS2's strange tastes.
Then it's like a fast food Argos after that where you wait with your number.

WhatToDoAboutWailmerGoneRogue · 14/07/2018 11:09

LipstickHandbagCoffee Yes, you can customise your order but we do charge you if you want extra of certain items ie. 20p for extra cheese, 40p for extra sausage/bacon etc.

It does not take any longer than a regular order in EOTF restaurants.

You can lipstick but you wait ages for them to make it. I don’t eat the cheese on a McMuffin so I have to have one made fresh, they can’t just take the cheese out.

EvilMorty All food is made fresh in EOTF restaurants (all UK McDonalds are being refurbed and most already have been) and it doesn’t take long it all. It’s much quicker than the old system.

  • If your McDonalds has order kiosks and a collection point, they are EOTF and all food is made for you.
PipeDown1 · 14/07/2018 11:09

Double cheeseburger, medium fries and either a milkshake or a Diet Coke depending on how fat I'm feeling.

I love a Big Mac and I miss the Grande Big Macs so much!! I wonder if they will bring those back?

For some reason the McMuffins don't agree with me? They make me feel very sick. Maybe it's the bread for the muffin Confused

WhatToDoAboutWailmerGoneRogue · 14/07/2018 11:12

PipeDown1 The Grand Mac and Mac Jr were promotional to celebrate the Big Mac’s 50th Birthday, but they were exceedingly popular so I wouldn’t be surprised if they brought them round for another promotion again.

PipeDown1 · 14/07/2018 11:12

The thing I like about McDonald's is they update their business strategies to fit with the times instead of relying on some outdated model like a lot of businesses do and wonder why they are failing.

PipeDown1 · 14/07/2018 11:14

The Grande Big Mac was the BEST thing to come out of McDonald's EVER! Grin

Sparklingbrook · 14/07/2018 11:14

There's quite a few people on MN that mention certain foods in McD's don't agree with them.

I just can't eat the burgers because (TMI) they just go straight through, same with DS2. We used to get him one if he got constipated when he was little. Grin
