To ask for your McDonald's order?

Had a MCchicken sandwich, strawberry milkshake and chips for afternoon snack lunch. So good. Tasted like 1997.

What would you have? I'm buying

9 chicken McNuggets, large fries and I'd like a still Fanta from the 2000's please.

6 chicken nugget meal.still fanta.and ok if we are going for full blown then a choc doughnut.but it has to be STILL fanta

So is a McFlurry a bit like a cross between whippy ice cream and a milkshake?

WhatWouldLeslieKnopeDo What do you mean like a milkshake? We only do one flavour: vanilla. However, we have various toppings; Dairy Milk, Crunchie and Oreo are permanent and then each promotion brings promotional McFlurries.

At the moment we have the Chocolate Flake and the Raspberry Flake. All promotional Flurries have topping and sauce, the latter of which you don’t get on a standard McFlurry.

We also do small cones (with a flake if you want one!) and toffee and strawberry sundaes, however the sundaes are being discontinued around September time.

Chocolate muffin was what I meant by brownie. Something chocolate cakey at any rate.

I'm in Santander atm for the last night of our holiday, but will be back in the UK around 4.15 p.m. Tuesday provided a storm doesn't prevent Brittany Ferries sailing us back.

Bacon and Egg McMuffin Meal

A Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake please, preferably (fresh) from the mid 90s when the shakes had the consistency of wet cement and the burgers/onions had e-numbers or msg or meth or something in, they're tasty now but back then they were out of this world.

Used to love a quarter cheese with extra lettuce and mayo. Was it called quarter royale? Flat Fanta and the sauce from chocolate fudge sundae. Seeing as they’re no longer on the menu I’ll have a Big Tasty meal with banana milkshake please. Or a Big Mac meal.

Breakfast has to be pancakes with sausage or a sausage and egg bagel with many hash browns. Mmmmmm

Don't really care about the rest of it, but hot salty fries and strawberry milkshake (I might dip one into the other... Don't blame me my DGF taught me when I was little)

WhatToDo is it just an ice cream then? I was trying to work out the difference between a McFlurry and the cones/sundaes. I vaguely remember McFlurries having a special spoon/straw but I may have imagined that. I have never had one. But I like whippy ice cream :)

I had a very unsatisfactory day food-wise yesterday as nothing matched up to the imagined enjoyment of my hypothetical McDonald's order! I fear today will be the same unless I can persuade my dad to go and fetch us one

If I could go back to when I could have any food I wanted without consequence (damn you IBS) I would get a giant chocolate milkshake, 5 chicken selects with BBQ dip, maybe some chicken nuggets on the side with a big ol' order of fries.

WhatWouldLeslieKnopeDo Yeah, it’s just ice cream. It’s called a McFlurry because we Flurry (mix) them in a machine, hence the special spoon

It’s the exact same ice cream we put in our cones and sundaes, but because they have toppings we Flurry them to mix the toppings in.

If I don't have a Big Mac I don't feel like I've had a McDonalds and inevitably end up back at one within a fortnight to scratch that itch.

Thank you WhatToDo (I feel like you should do one of those AMA threads as you're so helpful, but you've already answered all of my questions!) I definitely need to try one of those. The raspberry Flake one looks good :)
