To ask for your McDonald's order?

Had a MCchicken sandwich, strawberry milkshake and chips for afternoon snack lunch. So good. Tasted like 1997.

What would you have? I'm buying

EvilMorty Unless a new product is being tested in a small area, McDonalds specifically has the same menu up and down the country to give customers a sense of consistency.

The only sundaes we do are toffee and strawberry, and because they aren’t that popular they are being discontinued around September time.

Sorry, you couldn't pay me enough to eat any of their 'food'.

Sulla McDonalds being the biggest player in the market means they get to pick the best suppliers, so all their meat is of a good, high consistent quality.

It does confuse me why anyone would reply to a thread where people are enjoying themselves with a nasty comment. Does it make you feel superior? Does it make you feel better about your own choices to put other people’s down? Same applies to Cupofcake.

Not had a maccie D for about 2 yrs but 2am this morning had a filet, fries and orange juice on the way home. Very tasty too

Used to work for McD in 1983-4. Haven't been in one since - not because of that - just haven't. Amazed at the choices you are making as don't recognise most of them. Must have changed so much!!

There wasn't a veggie option - (that was one reason I stopped going) or the range of deserts on offer. There were about four beef choices and a filet o fish, (with none of this "no gherkin" nonsense!!) and shakes and apple pies for something sweet. I don't think I'd cope on the counter with all that now!!

Usually just a large black coffee. I don't really eat their food but for some reason find their coffee delicious plus I like collecting the little stickers and getting a free one.

However on the very rare occasion I have a stonking hangover (generally don't drink so this is very rare!), the only thing that will cure it are TWO double sausage and egg mcmuffins. Ours is not to question why....

I don't really like MacDonald's but when I was pregnant with DS1 I craved their strawberry milkshakes even though I don't remember having one before I was pregnant 🧐 I just knew that is what I wanted
I now still like them occasionally
I didn't have the same craving with DS2

Funnily enough DS1 wouldn't touch one with a bargepole

Breakfast order would be sausage and egg mcmuffin meal with coffee. Double if I really need it.

A dirty breakfast for DH and I is a McDonalds breakfast. As opposed to a proper full English somewhere nice with plates and cutlery and eggs that look like eggs, cheese that resembles cheese etc. Grin
