northern council estate sweetie GrinGrinWink

You have the prize for the funniest sentence on this thread.

Ok it’s love, duck, possibly cock (north mids) hun.

Never ever sweetie.

It’s ok honestly you don’t have to justify yourself to anyone but a northern council estate is hilarious

BishopBrennansArse · 09/07/2018 19:24

Ghost it's nothing new. Typical attitudes of the right wing and neoliberal laughing at poverty.

Bluelady · 09/07/2018 19:25

Would anyone seriously want to be in power right now? Government of this country is a poison chalice.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/07/2018 19:25

yeah you were probably laughing when the Tories decimated the north in the 80's. Such fun at the dinner parties..

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:28

Bishop

@Bluntness100
*It's all moot. Corbyn does not wish to go in there and negotiate Brexit. He wants to do what he's always done, sit in opposition and rabble rouse. That's who he is. If anyone genuinely believes that 70 year old bloke wants to step up and start negotiating Brexit and lead the country through it, they are totallyand utterly deluded.

He wants to be in opposition and he will make absolutely sure thats exactly where he stays*

You're not writing a novel here.
Everything you've just said is a total pile of shite.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:31

I had 3 kids in the 80s love. I guess you weren’t born.

We just clung go our house. Just. My dad lost his job. My fil lost his job.

You may have heard of Major he went and Thr person you hate and probably don’t tenrnber Tony Blaire rescued the economy.

As you were sweetie.

KateGrey · 09/07/2018 19:32

It’s an utter mess! Only now are people seeing what Brexit will do for the country as it was all hidden under such bullshit. Everyone knows Brexit is a poisoned chalice and everyone is running otherwise we’d be out by now.

TM has a dreadful public face but I do think she’s is trying hard but we’ve basically got a lot of stuck up smug bastards who have no interest in running the country for the people. It’s a mess. There’s no party I’d want in government and we really need some fresh blood injected into all parties.

We’ve not heard the last of Bojo. He’s like thrush. God help us all.

I don’t lie. I gave up my membership over Corbyn. I can’t support him or his party as to me it’s not labour. It’s momentum.

Bluntness

Agree 100%

But no party is great is it now.

TammySwansonTwo · 09/07/2018 19:39

Christ, what a bunch of delusional fuckwits.

Keep banging the “unelectable” drum - it was pounded to death at the last election and Corbyn walked away with 40% of the vote to the tories 42.4%, and was responsible for the largest vote gain since 1945.

It won’t work next time, despite your shrill shilling.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:39

Hey

They made me spit out my beer!! Well it’s wine actually but my working class routes make me say it’s stout!! And my bloody ferret just bit me! Never mind with true Northern cosss grit I be fine. After all sepsis is for southern softies

ThePlanetGoesOnBeingRound3 · 09/07/2018 19:39

@Heydugeesflipflop
Fuck off with your taking the piss.

It was fucking real for some people.

My husband was spat on by a fucking Surrey policeman...Maggie's Brown fucking shirts.

Yup

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:40

Tammy

Soooo he won then? Crap as the Tories were he lost.

Hmm
keyboardkate · 09/07/2018 19:41

FPTP electoral system in UK is ridiculous. Yin or Yang every time.

No other voices allowed.

TammySwansonTwo · 09/07/2018 19:41

Why the fuck do you assume Ghost didn’t grow up working class simply because she supports Corbyn? Most people I know who support Corbyn did, I grew up in a pretty dire part of Salford with a single Mum. I’ve seen what the tories have done to the poor, the disadvantaged and the disabled.

ThePlanetGoesOnBeingRound3 · 09/07/2018 19:42

@Seasawride
And I bet you've never been to a ward meeting in your life.

BishopBrennansArse · 09/07/2018 19:42

Yes but you have your own house! Don't you get that's more than a hell of a lot of people? Most young adults can't do that now!

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:43

ThePlanet

Love

really watch old footage of the miners strike if you feel the worst thing was being spat at. Or failing that Billy Elliott.

Good grief and Surrey too. Bastard

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 19:44

The planet

Perhaps your husband shouldn’t put himself in situations where such interaction with our police is necessary?

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:44

ThePlanet

Clearly not In your life pet.

BishopBrennansArse · 09/07/2018 19:45

I was looking through DS1's paperwork today, multiple complex disabilities. He had three monthly checkups, then six monthly. Regular SALT input and physio. Since 2010 he's been discharged from everything and has massive mental health issues as a result but CAMHS can't take him.

I'm also disabled. Austerity has hit our family like a brick wall. So yes people laughing at that and thinking the Tories should continue really do grind my gears.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:46

Bishop

Agree with you on that one. Maggie sold them off and labour didn’t bother to build.

I have 6 kids you can’t possibly care more then me.

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 19:46

Bishop

Difficult to fund any of that at all if corbyn crashes the economy
