I know I would need a psychic! Grin

ThePlanet

Of course he isn’t he’s a momentum figure head! He’s never stood for labour he voted against everything.

He’s an idiot who was swept along by momentum and looks to me like a deer in the head lights.

Seriously you trust Abbott!??? Ffs the woman was so crap during the election they had to pretend she was ill.

Now Yvette cooper would get my vote. Utterly

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 18:45

Actually I think corbyn is (relatively) harmless - john mcdonnell on the other hand...

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 18:48

Yes agree Corbyn has always been a fool but others around him are not.

BarbarianMum · 09/07/2018 18:49

Quite frankly, should this country ever be stupid enough to vote Boris Johnson in as PM, we'd deserve everything we get. Bit like the USA w Trump.

ThePlanetGoesOnBeingRound3 · 09/07/2018 18:53

Intellectual dishonesty aw, man. Fuck off with that shite.

I say again, Labour Party member since 1978.

I remember the militant row and entryism was not the central part of that row (see what I did there) Centralism was.
New fucking Labour...they were never Labour.
They dragged the Party down into the gutter with the Conservative Party.

Read our manifesto.

Momentum was developed to counter-balance the 'Progress' (that's a laugh) part of the party.

I am a member of Momentum too.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 18:53

Couldn’t agree more BarbarianMum

He’s a sly incompetent mysogynistic idiot.

But what on Earth was going on between May and Davis? You would have expected them to be working closely together for the last 2 years??? Wtaf happened??

QuiteUnfitBit · 09/07/2018 18:54

New fucking Labour...they were never Labour.
Labour or not, the majority of the country is centrist - and we are not really represented now.

RayneDance · 09/07/2018 18:55

I don't understand the comments you about wanting our cake and eating it.

This cake was not voted for, it was slipped into the the table by stealth and then we have to pay for it. No one ordered this cake. We are simply giving it back. Hmm

ThePlanetGoesOnBeingRound3 · 09/07/2018 18:55

And enough of the insults about Diane Abbott.

She endures constant racist and sexist insults yet maintains her social conscience and integrity.

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 18:55

The planet

I care not how long you have been a member of the Labour Party.

You do not represent the mainstream and momentum is merely a front for swp (and worse) madness

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 18:56

The planet

Diane Abbott is not fit to help govern this country

You clearly need help identifying on which planet you actually are

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 18:58

ThePlanet

I am almost as old as you. Labour Party member from 18 so 1982.

I remember the bullying of the militant tendency being appalling until Kinnock cleared it out and lost the election and then eventually Tony won elections for labour but was overtaken by 9/11 and events.

You say you are a member of momentum so you were never and will never be true labour. Bullies then and bullies now. No change and not labour.

You are to labour what UKIP and the hard brexiteers are to the Tories.

Parasites

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/07/2018 18:58

Tory attack dogs on a damage limitation mission tonight. Games up.

AnnabelC · 09/07/2018 18:59

Unfortunately we are not controlled or looked after by our weak government/ governments over the years but by large global companies and the EU. This government doesn’t know how to govern. They have defaulted to everyone else and blamed everyone else if things go wrong. Now they can’t . They haven’t a clue and it’s all unravelling.

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 19:00

Oh ghost of - don’t you have a Marxist critique to write on something or other as part of your homework assignment?

ThePlanetGoesOnBeingRound3 · 09/07/2018 19:00

@QuiteUnfitBit
Sometimes you have to read, absorb and make a choice.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:01

Dianne Abbott is possibly a good constituency MP.

As a shadow cabinet minister she’s a joke. As Home Secretary she would be lethal but probably be under medical restraint from even Jeremy and John as even they are less incompetent racist and ridiculous

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/07/2018 19:01

too busy laughing at the Tories.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:02

Ghosto

Sweetie he won’t cancel your debts pet.

Maybe get back to your gaming while the grownups chat.

Heyduggeesflipflop · 09/07/2018 19:04

Ghost of - laugh away - unlike the jokers on your side of the commons they are actually in government and aren’t engaged in student politics so loved by the Islington set

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/07/2018 19:04

Bless. The shills are rattled.

UneMoonit · 09/07/2018 19:04

Do people who have actually been involved really labour under the impression Corbyn and Momentum are not basically the SWP?

This is as bad as thinking May is interested in ideological cuts.

Shouldn't be surprised, there is a whole country out there that actually voted for Tony Blair despite him being a very obviously dishonest man.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 09/07/2018 19:05

The jokes on the Tories Hey, not even BoJo the clown wanted to stick around at the circus.

Seasawride · 09/07/2018 19:05

Bless to b fair I too remember being a pain in the arse ‘tis allowed when you are a kid.
