To be mad that some woman took her infected child to Tesco covered in fresh chicken pox?

Isn't it contagious like that??
I thought they had to be dried out.
What about people with compromised immune systems or very small babies.
She was with a friend buying sweets, not urgent!! Wtf!!

Considering you're infectious before spots appear you could be around someone with chicken pox Any time and not know it.

I would not keep mine in if they felt well in themselves.

That’s quite different to knowing you’re a risk to others and doing it anyway. The first can’t be helped (though those who do chicken pox parties then merrily let their children mix with others during the incubation period are boggling). The latter is plain selfish.

That is life and cannot be helped, without benefit of psychic powers or constant real-time health analysis it's impossible to know a child is carrying something infectious if they're not yet displaying obvious symptoms.

I would not keep mine in if they felt well in themselves.

That however makes you a selfish cunt as you then know that your child is infectious and are deliberately infecting those around you. If anyone was to be harmed by that infection, it would be on your head.

There’s no reasoning with stupid

FFS. Why would you expose hundreds more people, just because you’ve already unknowingly exposed some people while you didn’t know they were sick? It’s a ridiculous nonsensical argument, unless your kids only ever see the same few people and never go into a public place. You do know it can kill people, cause blindness, still birth, sepsis and a host of other complications?

How would you feel if someone know

SinkGirl · 07/07/2018 13:12

How would you feel if someone knowingly exposed your child and they ended up with disabilities as a result?

It’s one thing when people don’t know, but to do so knowingly is inexcusable.

I can't get my head around your sheer selfishness and disregards for others lives, I really can't.
Utterly disgusting.

Well of course if you don't know they're infectious as showing no symptoms, that's different. Unless you're Mystic Meg or have a crystal ball.
To KNOWINGLY expose others who could be at risk though as you know it's chicken pox but can't be arsed to stay in - that takes you to a whole new level of fuckwittery.
