No one has been threatened with violence (except by T.) or assaulted (except at T. rallies, in Charlottesville .... ). You'd think these believers in freedom and the first amendment would have more constitutional fortitude. Oh, and Gingrich is on record saying “I think one of the great problems we have in the Republican party is that we don’t encourage you to be nasty" :

“We’re in a situation where bad behavior is being rewarded,” he said. “There are no filters. I don’t know where it ends'
(They both could, of course, have been speaking of the fountainhead of unfiltered vileness, threats and aggression that resides in the WH.)
