Well, we’re in the last 16...

Is it me or is Gary and the other commentator getting bored.

@Torn Are you Phil Jones in disguise? His faces are quite terrifying.

There's not much to say.
My son and I always laugh at the utterly banal drivel they spout, or comments like these:

"He's basically hit that too well' - No he hasn't he's missed.
'It was always coming' - so why didn't you update the score before it happened?
'He can't miss' - so how come he just did?
'Football intelligence' - you mean the football is more intelligent than him
etc

Not an expert but we have a slim chance I reckon. Just have to take each game as it comes, and not get ahead of ourselves. No team in the final 16 have been shockingly bad (although many have suffered suprising early exits).

I am hopeful for Tuesday's match though, Colombia will be without Rodreguiz and Ospina isn't the greatest goalie. No easy ride for us though and it will be a nervous match.

Of course they didn’t. The whole point of sport is the fact you can’t predict. You can suggest what MIGHT happen but if course you can’t predict on matches of a similar level.

i think we've a good chance at progressing and possibly winning.
Some of the really good teams have gone out already. By really good i mean usually good as they've clearly not been good this time or they wouldn't be out haha.

I think we've a high chance of winning against colombia.
Fairly good chance of beating sweden or switzerland.

And the rest is just praying tbh
