Just that really. What do you turn to when you maybe need cheering up, or a book or television show you turn to again and again.

This is a bit inspired by realising that I re-read the same books and watch the same tv shows again and again and dh just doesn’t get it as he will read or watch something once, whereas I find it quite nice to just have a familiar story to just delve into with no thought required

Legally Blonde (film). I draw some strength from Elle's positivity and it takes my mind off things!

Book- Rachel’s holiday or most of Marian Keyes other books. Also stuff I read as a kid. Still love the secret garden.

Tv- scrubs. Can go from laughing to a good healthy cry one episode to the next.

Movies- four weddings and a funeral or Priscilla queen of the desert. Watched them both so many times and love them still. Again laughing and a little cry can really help.

I always know I'm going to totally chill out when I watch any comedy stand out on comedy central, The US Office, Neighbours, Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Miranda, Masterchef, GBBO or Graham Norton. The Gilmore Girls used to be my go to but recently saw the first of the 'new' ones and didn't enjoy it at all (maybe it's just been so long?) Books: Jane Green, Jane Linfoot, Fiona Gibson, Aimee Horton, Marian Keyes, Sophie Kinsella or magazines
