My neighbor is having loud sex at 8:30 in the morning!

They usually have loud sex (it's the woman we hear often) but this time, it's at bloody 8:30 in the morning!

What would you do?

There are worse noises to be heard from neighbours! Hours of rowing, weeping and banging around from one of mine 😩.
It's just sex, unless it's Sting and his Mrs it's not going to be all day is it?
Don't shame them. You could move a wardrobe onto the dividing wall to mask some of the noise or get a weekend playlist to chill out to with your cuppa.
If you're planning on staying in that property & own it can you invest in sound proof boards?
Once a week isn't a knocking shop....

Ahh it takes my back to my student days. I used to hear my next door neighbor at it at all hours of the day and night. I never met him but Ben must have been quite the casanova as he always had different girls screaming his name at the top of their lungs.

I think YABU, I wish I was having loud sex at 08:30 ... or at any time for that matter.

We once got a very loud "She's faking it!" from the woman below us (think it was on a Sunday morning too!).

She now works in our town's M&S and I always seem to end up with her at the clothing checkout!!

Well I'm with mimibunz on this one .. I like sex, morning or night - whichever is best. But I'd be mortified if anyone heard me/hubby in the process. Yes, some things are private and sex is definitely one of them.
Just keep the bloody windows shut, then everyone is happy 😊

It's not your business when and where they have sex, especially in their own home

My husband and I don’t ‘try’ and be heard by anyone, but my neighbours sleep in their living room and so late at night when everyone goes up to bed and we stay up for a 30 min shag, apparently they can hear us. Not sure what rhe hell we do about that...

We either never have sex again or they get to grips with the 2/3 times a week we crowbar the time to make love to each other.

Preferably without them shouting abuse at me in the street because they’ve ‘heard’ me

What mediocre sexual encounters some of you must be having, if you insist that any woman sounding enthusiastic must be faking. I feel so sorry for you 🙁

Lucky them but I'd hate to be woken up by that. If I was already awake it wouldn't bother me I'd just out some music on. Listen to radio 4 on high volume until they're done..?
