OK I qas having that Sunday sadness feeling and now I'm feeling casually pissed off and jealous because I went on FB and an ad popped up featuring this woman (Tammy Hemsomething apparently).

How is it possible to look like this?! What I mean is is this the result of just working out or what? But how can she get her body fat down so low for the waist, but not on her bum or tits?!

I have no idea who that is but that body looks weird and wrong and unnatural - something has been done to manipulate it: surgery and/or photoshop.

I really, truly don't get how this 'look' would seem attractive or something to aspire to to anybody. And I find it sad that this kind of thing is held up as desirable.

Mistress - posing, clothing etc. I'm a plus size model and I don't tend to store much weight on my stomach, more of an hourglass. Except from the side as I don't have much of a bum!!!

I think she just looks like a female bodybuilder. It's a look some people love.

Plastic- that is a black girls bum on a tiny frame... the only people I see with a true waist to hip/ass ratio like that are black.

Incidentally I have a very similar shape to her although certainly not as toned. I was teasesd relentlessly at school but bow apparently it is the must have figure.

Some of these comments make me so sad. I am of a similar body shape to this lady - yes really and as I teen I bloody hated it and wore baggy clothes to disguise the fact I had a big bum but a stupidly small waist and a big chest. I don't know if her boobs and butt are real but mine sure are. It's only the last 5 or so years I've felt comfortable wearing tighter more fitted clothes as this sort of figure seems to be more accepted. I will say that I'm no where near as toned as this lady and my thighs have cellulite but I still have a 25inch waist with a 40 inch or so hip thanks to my big bum.

Yeah that was basically the crux of my question. Because her butt looks really toned and muscled but there's clearly fat on there, i mean she's not just pure lean muscle there, whereas she is on her tummy. So my question was basically is that actually possible, as in how can you get rock hard 1% body fat abs but then a meatier bum!

Tangled there are ways to stand to relax your bum muscles to make them softer and more 'round'. This woman clearly knows her instaposes.

This thread is completely depressing.

Women just tearing another woman down. She chooses to look like that (and she looks great) regardless of how she achieved it.

Look at Emily Skye - she is 6 now months post birth and has blogged every single step of the way. She has worked bloody hard and looks amazing for it - she also doesn't look a million miles away from this women that is being ripped to shreds here.

Why does it matter if it's not what you aspire to? Or if it's not your idea of a good aesthetic. It's what SHE aspires to that matters.

Its my opinion. The OP has posted as if the woman looks beautiful. Imo her body looks abnormal either that or photoshopped.

She is slim. Her waist looks out of proportion. I feel sad that people on this thread aspire to how she looks. That's depressing.

Well I think its pretty natural to aspire to a small waist, rounded hips abd a sexy bum no? Sure shes extreme, but its a pretty basic shape to want to achieve.

Just read the OP, not all the replies. I seriously can't get into the mindset of people upset or jealous. She's not you. Be happy being you! Yes, I want to be several stone lighter, for my health as well as looking good, I never used to be overweight. I couldn't care less what anyone else looks like though.

I think it is great that there are women in the public eye of all shapes and sizes because it allows younger girls of these shapes to realise that they are normal. There is no ideal figure and there shouldn't be any figure that is deemed more feminine.
