OK I qas having that Sunday sadness feeling and now I'm feeling casually pissed off and jealous because I went on FB and an ad popped up featuring this woman (Tammy Hemsomething apparently).

How is it possible to look like this?! What I mean is is this the result of just working out or what? But how can she get her body fat down so low for the waist, but not on her bum or tits?!

Her waist & bottom both look disturbingly unnatural in some shots (the ones that I think aren't her actual body at all). I don't aspire to have anyone else's body, but if I did, it would be a top track athlete or cyclist. Not like TH.

God it leads me onto the subject of the pornification and desensitized men. Once upon a time JLo and shakira and co would have got loads of guys going, they look positively babysitterish in todays context!

I don't think she looks hideous or awful, just fake. Obviously plastic surgery or photoshop. No-one looks like that 'naturally,' no matter what exercise they do. .. or how much they diet. I wasn't born yesterday FGS. This is not a 'natural' body.

Oh yes clearly I have issues not wanting my daughter to pose in her underwear, on social media, in some twisted pose that has an element of sexuality about it to try and look like she's done good.

Forgive me if I think my daughter is worth more than having to feel like a valid human being in her undies, pouting for social media.

And I will change my mind if you can give me valid reasons why women should need to pose like this to promote themselves when men don't.

Zoom in on some of the photos - you can see the tell tale signs of photoshop, esp around the waist and lower half. Some of the showing is not quite right, some of the lines of the things surrounding just don't always sit right either.

Her body shape, in the photographs, isn't one I would aspire to.

So, photoshop, lighting, photo angles, filters and then add in some plastic work. Im sure she does eat healthier (well, possibly not healthier, but low fat/low carb with several restrictions) and no doubt has a PT and regular work out sessions, and some genetics.

rain My bum is a bit bigger after changing the way I trained. I moved from mainly cardio to a lot of weights and squats and I have def noticed a difference.

Well she can do whatever she likes with her body, I personally do not find her body overly attractive as something to aspire to, mainly because I don't like implants, that second pic you can see that weird bump where she's lost too much weight from the natural breasts and there isn't enough fat to cover the implant, looks weird.
Her bottom looks like it may be real, could just be her natural body shape on that end.

If I saw her in more clothes I'd think she has a trim waist, but hardly anybody that petite has natural big breasts.🤷‍♀️

I'd be more worried about the fake tan all over her, her hands look filthy.
