David & Victoria divorce?

I've just had a brief scan on here to see if anyone has posted, but apparently D&V Beckham are announcing their divorce today? Reports saying he's got Harper's teacher pregnant!

Anyone else heard this? Bookies have suspended betting on it!

That's just ridiculous. Schools don't discuss hiring and firing with parents, no matter how high the fees are! And why would parents be on the side of a teacher who'd slept with a parent? Nobody would trust her again.

A school wouldn’t need to discuss it with the parents, they’d already have a good idea of how popular/good the teacher is. Why would parents be on her side? Well if you didn’t think that either yourself or your husband was going to sleep with her why would you care if she’d slept with someone else’s husband? Wouldn’t affect how good she is as a teacher. So if I liked her as a teacher I wouldn’t want to lose her.

It’s all hypothetical anyway because I don’t believe it’s true! Grin

I’ve heard rumours about this school teacher affair for a long time, and from people whose kids went to the same school. I don’t know if I believe it or not though! But she gave him some right angry glances at the royal wedding.

I'm googling whether teachers can go out with married parents and keep their jobs, but every reference is to Mumsnet! One of them was about a thread where a poster went out with a guy and found out he was her son's headteacher - I wonder how that went!

Think there have been rumours about him with almost every teacher any of his kids have been too. So either he has a lot of affairs specifically with his kid's teachers or they aren't always true.

Victoria has more to lose by divorcing. Her fashion brand is not doing well. David is probably subsidising it.

I can sort of understand a relationship starting with someone who lives in the house, like a nanny, because you build up a friendship and you're going to spend a lot of time together. Apart from parents' evenings, though, I don't think I said more than "Hello" to my children's teachers. I just can't see how you can start an affair with a teacher when you're just dropping the kids off and picking them up again.

Yes, it’s not recent. Well not the rumours I’ve heard anyway. And they did come from people who definitely have kids at the same school. But....I’m still not sure I believe it.

But that's all it is thought isn't it, like a dog.
VB is pretty and slim and to be vulgar has had 4 C sections so no complaints there-what chance do 'normal' women have if these women's husbands can't keep it in their pants?
Why do women have to be subjected to husbands who are like dogs with hanging tongues around other women? If women did that to the same extent there'd be an outcry. Rather it's seen as an entitlement.
True or not I don't think there's anything attractive about him. Rough tattoos, not intelligent and kicks a bit of dead cow round a field. Great Hmm

Perhaps overinvested but my dad was a serial cheater and it killed my mum by a thousand cuts until one day her self esteem had disappeared after multiple humiliations. I'd rather be beaten up than cheated on-at least the hurt is visible and the perpetrator shows themselves as a twat. Cheaters are liars and cowards.

Injunction, I should think - the Mail, for all its faults, is quite good at subtle hints (all the Elton John/David Furnish stories and Hugh Bonneville stories in the past) and if you click into that story and look at the woman David is posing with in the top picture, she's very pregnant!

So a fan of his Miami is pregnant and had a pic done with him although they don’t know each other. We are left to ‘ make the connections’ without them printing anything inflammatory in order to get around the possible injunctions that may ( or may not) be in place!

There's a story in the Mirror today from the father of the woman named on social media, saying it's ridiculous, she's never even met DB and she lives happily with her boyfriend.

The Beckhams didn’t sue anyone when the rumours went around about the woman in Spain years ago. This ‘non action’( I was told) spoke volumes at the time.
A lot of the problem I think is that people see VB as a bit dour / miserable and he is always seen as fairly relaxed / happy. She always seems to get the worse press.

Yes, I think the 'rumour' (which has been mentioned for some years now) is that the daughter is from a relationship he had with someone in the Manchester area before Victoria.
