BUNFIGHT HERE

999 replies

beluga425 · 07/06/2018 14:54

Am I imagining it or are very simple innocuous threads descending into bunfights more frequently.

I cordially invite everyone to ready their flinging buns here instead. Needed are:

  • Someone to police the fight (whilst stirring it up a bit);
  • Grammar police to insure everybodies writing proper (your welcome);
  • Someone to ignore the basic points and totally misinterpret the thread;
  • About 50 posters to find increasingly patronising ways of saying RTFT;
  • Someone to be utterly horrified;
  • Punctuation lessons from those in-the-know;;;;;;;;
-Liberal use of these two: Hmm Confused;
  • and a passive aggressive "Wow, just wow" on page 3.
OP posts:

Blackbelt Your triplets aren’t even that advanced you know. At the 20 week scan the only anomaly the sonographer could find with mine was that one of them appeared to only have an A for Further Maths and not the A* she had been predicted. Anyhow it was remarked shortly after birth and it turned out to have been an admin error. We have a 4D scan photo of them filling in their GCSE chemistry papers on the living room wall. Sooooooo cute.

Thesearepearls · 10/06/2018 14:04

Don't play the innocent sortofcool I saw you parking in a disabled bay when you don't have any disability. I'm not even going to mention the time you got prosecuted for refusing to fold up your pushchair for a wheelchair

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 14:16

Yes, sort, with your showy car and your showy buggy

Sortofcool · 10/06/2018 14:28

Thesearepearls I’d say trying to push a triple pushchair uphill, with a toddler trying to do wheelies on the buggy board at the back IS a fucking disability and if I DO use a disabled space it’s only because some stupid tosser has taken up the one remaining parent and child slot.

And yes Blackbelt I make no apologies for having the Winther Deluxe Turtle Kiddy Bus 4 seater. DH & I have worked all hours in high pressure careers and if we want to blow £2000+ on a pram, we will ok?

Sortofcool · 10/06/2018 14:34

Oh and just for the record Thesearepearls NOT even the designer of our pushchair knows how the fucking thing folds up. So far it has defeated 2 NASA engineers, the entire design team at BMW and my MIL who apparently knows everything and then some.

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 14:43

My triplets could fold up your pushchair, Sort

Sortofcool · 10/06/2018 14:49

Blackbelt No they couldn’t. Mine can’t do it and they have IQs that aren’t even measurable they’re so high, so yours (who still appear to be plodding their way through their GCSEs ) definitely couldn’t.

YourVagesty · 10/06/2018 14:51

sortofcool Well I suppose its better than wasting your benefits on a fuck-off giant telly like some on this thread.

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 14:52
WhiskeySourpuss · 10/06/2018 14:58

I hope that wasn't directed at me Vagesty... X-J-H needs a big fuck off telly to attach her PS4, Xbox one, iPad, MacBook & custom built gaming PC to but I didn't use my benefits it was all bought with the child maintenance my step children should be getting but don't deserve cause their mum gets benefits for them & she'd just squander the maintenance on hair, nails & having expensive holidays for herself

YourVagesty · 10/06/2018 15:03

Aimed squarely at you Whiskey.

Is Blackbelt you stepchildrens' mum? She seems the sort.

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 15:04

And our telly is recycled, vintage, inherited, I can assure you all.

WhiskeySourpuss · 10/06/2018 15:13

She could be... Blackbelt if it is you for the record I wasn't the OW you'd been separated for a whole 5 mins before I met OH & we waited an hour before he introduced me to the kids which gave you & the kids plenty of time to get used to the idea

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 15:15
BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 15:23

Very restrained by your standards, Whiskey, by all accounts, and from his too based on past behaviour, I'm abso-bloody-lutely delighted to tell you. Not that I'm gloating, you understand, because of course we're all sisters on this site

YourVagesty · 10/06/2018 15:31

I DON'T THINK THAT IT WAS APPROPRIATE FOR MEGAN MARKLE TO SHOW HER SHOULDERS YESTERDAY

WhiskeySourpuss · 10/06/2018 15:39

Meghan Markle showed bare shoulders? I must've missed the gazillion threads about that... Hmm

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 15:42

Is it because she is black, Your?! Or actually called Rachel?!

Spudlet · 10/06/2018 15:43

[comes in to distribute grips to all in the most patronising way possible then flounces off without constructively engaging with the thread in any way, shape, or form]

WhiskeySourpuss · 10/06/2018 15:50

I hope OP is ok... getting worried about her lack of appearance now perhaps MNHQ could check on her because I care obviously not because I'm a nosey cow

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 10/06/2018 15:54
WhiskeySourpuss · 10/06/2018 15:59

I donated a box of coco pops other inappropriate sugar laden cereals are available to the "Starving DC's of Frinton-on-Sea" food bank last month so I think I've done enough charity for this year & they're certainly not getting my buns

SusanneLinder · 10/06/2018 16:09

And spending £500 a week on shopping is ridiculous. I only spend £20 a week for 6 of us including organically knitted lentils and roadkill.

This is a stealth boast post.

SusanneLinder · 10/06/2018 16:11

Oh and there are no buns, I cant afford buns.
