another CF holiday situation

Booked a swim up room, there are four ground floor apartments in a row, all of us have booked swim up rooms and paid a supplement. Upstairs neighbours currently in our pool, shouting down from balcony, throwing inflatables from balcony. They have climbed over the wall at the end of the pool to get in.

Tell reception. They are using facilities that they have not paid for and they know they shouldn't be there.

Those upgrades are expensive, I would not be sharing my hard earned cash with a CF !!!

Hahaha yes I want to know what the CF said?? It’s like someone just kicking back on your ground floor balcony, would they do that - probably. I don’t know whether going on holiday makes some people behave like dcks or whether it highlights how many people are dcks!!!!! My DH wouldn’t have said anything either I’d be the one doing the dealing whilst he hid inside!!!

On the Way home from Gatwick having spent a lovely week sharing this swim up pool with 3 other rooms- I would have had absolute rage if anyone from the rooms above had tried to use it!

Call the front desk. They need to sort it not you. I would politely ask that the other guests be moved so you do not have to deal with them for the rest of the holiday

Made me laugh out loud. Yeah, the hotel is going to move them on the basis of this, without giving them a chance to show that have being advised they shouldn’t be doing what they’re doing, they don’t do again. Ridiculous suggestion

If OP is on holiday then it means she should have even more time to do a half decent sketch and details of the conversation.

The idea of a swim up pool sounds like heaven to me! And if it was a private section? Totally would guard with my life!

I’ve got pool envy, been sat outside the back Dior all day with my feet in a fly infested paddling pool, probs mixed with dd’s wee (potty training) not quite the same is it....

I just don't understand this type of thread! Why wouldn't you just say it's your pool and you've paid extra for it and tell them not to go in it??
Not just leave them there while you go off!!
