Can't for the life of me think what is appropriate in this situation.
My partner (male) is looking after our 2 sons who are 6 months and 2.5yrs as well as a neighbour's daughter who is 5 (just turned) tomorrow.
He's planning to take them out to some museums etc, packed lunches , all good.
He is now wondering what to do if he needs the loo, as he would normally have either me to watch the kids or they would just go into a large toilet with him plus buggy etc.
What should he do since neighbours daughter is female obviously and is currently undergoing an investigation regarding sexual abuse from her father so want to limit any possible confusion iyswim.

if she's 5 surely she doesn't need help going to the toilet. How does she manage at school

Ah i see its a problem with dh going to the loo I would advise your dh to go into the disabled loo with the little ones whilst the girl stands outside th door

The mum of the girl has given a solution several posts ago! Kids are to go in to accessible or family toilet with ops dp and all turn away while he has a quick wee.

Pa1oma - YOU brought your DH into this. You said your daughters wouldn't be in the loo with "their own dad".

Well my DH had no choice but to have his daughter in the bathroom with him on occasion - everyone survived unscathed. It's a pretty normal thing to have to happen if a father has cause to be gasp in charge of and alone with their own daughter and has the audacity to need to use the bathroom! Hmm
