On our wedding day my brother was an usher at his best friends wedding at the same time so couldn't come to ours (but came for the reception afterwards). Also, we needed a registrar as well as our pastor and there was only the one time and date they could both do on a Saturday in the September, so we knew the September was already busy when we booked.

Although dh' s ex was one of them she even booked the slot after us at registry office ( she lived miles away ) her next marriage was on dh' s birthday !! We got invites to both
