"Bubbles" when used to mean prosecco/cava/champagne - so twee, it gives me the rage!!!!!

People putting holiday photos on Facebook captioned "Joneses On Tour" or whatever their name is.

"Sleeps" instead of days till....
There is a long, long list in my mind but these are just the first few I could think of that really set my teeth on edge!!!

My pet hate is people using local terminology when visiting a place - like my DH saying he ‘needs to visit the bathroom’ when we were in New York. No - you need to find a toilet. Gives me The Rage.

I have to really bite my tongue not to growl “poundS it’s pleural”.

'its pleural' made me think of pleurisy i.e. Makes you want to cough your guts up. I might start using pleural now instead of disgusting.
