'Going for a bite to eat'

No, we're going out for lunch/dinner (looking at you, DH)

Whirlytastic · 12/05/2018 14:53

Bite to eat - yes!!

Also not keen on snack or nibbles.

Also - much dislike for anything added to the name of a meal. So - picnic lunch, birthday dinner. No.

When asked about age "19 going on 20".

When people talk about pregnancy and say "caught".

Another vote for holibobs.

WalkingOnAFlashlightBeam · 12/05/2018 15:58

Yes to 'age going on age' it's so unnecessary, of course you're always going to be moving onto the next highest number next. You're never going to be suddenly younger on your next birthday or skipping a year 😂

AthenaAshton · 12/05/2018 16:01

Cheeky

CosyLulu · 12/05/2018 16:05

HopelessWithNumbers methinks - yes. Forgot that one. EWWW!!!

CosyLulu · 12/05/2018 16:09

Methinks hubby and I will nip out for a bite to eat (nom, nom, nom). My other half wants to talk holibobs - tis a cool time while the little man is with the famalam.
