It’s strange, but little man doesn’t raise an eyebrow with me, but little lady....I can barely type it Angry

passmetheloppers · 13/05/2018 21:54

Laddish types saying "GET IN!!!" with accompanying fist-pump actions.

angryburd · 13/05/2018 21:56

Another hater of "poorly" and "toddler/toddle".

Oh, and when people say that a pregnant woman is about to "pop". Noooooo!!

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 13/05/2018 21:58

Little lady,I’m squirming reading it. It drips sexism

Skiiltan · 13/05/2018 22:06

Oh, a few posts today have remined me of this one...

BBQ

It's a barbecue, you lazy arse! What are you trying to suggest the letters B, B & Q stand for?

Oldbird69 · 13/05/2018 22:25

What does calling their husband "hubby" say about them?

Andthatsthat · 13/05/2018 22:32

Just reading through and I cannot believe how many I’m in agreement with! I thought it was just me that has cringe moments over seemingly normal words such as meal, pump or delicious! Grin

Nom nom has to be the worst of the worst. I will take moist over this!!!

A big one for me is Fishy. I hate it. If anyone says “something is fishy” I have to cover my ears.

WhatComesAfterS · 13/05/2018 22:34

Meal
Cuddle
We are pregnant
Ten pound change

Peterrabbitscarrots · 13/05/2018 22:36

angryburd an acquaintance of mine (that i don’t like) had little bags of popcorn at her baby shower with “ready to pop” labels on them. It was excruciating

StrangeLookingParasite · 13/05/2018 22:37

Munch. Hate it.

Slither, as in a 'slither' of cake.

Slither is what snakes do. A very small slice of something is a sliver.

Yourself/myself - demonstrating you have no idea of how to use words.

angryburd · 13/05/2018 22:52

@peterrabbitscarrots

I just physically cringed.

userxx · 13/05/2018 23:02
