7.30pm grass cutting

Is it too late to cut my grass at 7.30pm tonight? I do have kids in my neighbourhood.

Sounds ok to me unless you have very young children immediately next door. The council were mowing the verges from 6.30 this morning...I’m recovering from jet lag and I was fuming!

Well tough shit if the neighbours have young children, they'll have to learn to deal with it, it's normal noise.
The council isn't at fault either for mowing the verges at 6.30.

Actually, the council is at fault as they are in breach of noise pollution legislation by carrying out that kind of work prior to 7am. The OP however is not in breach of any law, considering it is prior to 11pm and after 7am. They are also at least considerate of their neighbours.
