Help! I'm stuck in a jumpsuit

Literally this. The zip has jammed and I can't get out of it. I'm home alone with the kids and totally stuck. It's at the back too and i've nearly dislocated my arms.
Ive tried vaseline to lubricate but to no avail. Any ideas?

I hate when that happens! Can you use one hand to stretch the material so it’s really taut and the zip is straight? I’m sure you’ve already tried that...

Can you get pliers from the toolbox, get a better grip on the tag? Notice I didn't say your husband's toolbox. Pliers with the long jaws would be best.

if the material has got stuck in the zip its hard to get it down when it zips at the front never mind the back.

can you get the zip apart rather than pull it down, although if you did that you would need to get the neck bit over your head which would mean giving yourself a huge uncomfortable wedgey

If it is a really flared style, you might be able to manoeuvre both of your legs into one of the trouser legs. Then you could slip out the bottom end.

Pelvic floor breathing a sigh of relief - I am free!
My 9 year old is a legend although he undid it a little bit too Joey from friends esque for my liking. I wonder if he will remember it in the morning as he went straight back to sleep. Hoping not as I was giggling uncontrollably and he was just staring at me for a good while whilst I repeated I'm stuck in my jumpsuit.
Now the question is can I return it covered in vaseline and soap?

I got stuck in a top once in a changing room. I couldn't get it off and was panicking. I think I eventually got it off but was close to ripping it. Its not a Hush jumpsuit is it? I have a sticky zip on mine.

I'm still out of breath and my arms are killing me. Seriously move over insanity, jumpsuit training is all you need.

And now, sleep- 5:20 start but HAD to see how this would end... I'm actually wearing a jumpsuit tomorrow. It's a button up one though Grin
