So I’m in my 30s and always had relationships with men,never found a woman attractive.
A year or so I was introduced to a woman through a mutual friend.
I started to enjoy being around her,loved when my friend said she was joining us on a night out.
I think we flirted.
Anyway I think I like her,what do I do?
Say anything?
She knows I’m straight but I kind of like her.

How would your friend react if you told her about your feelings for this woman?

I can imagine she would be ridiculously shocked considering I was on a date on Friday with a man and never ever in a million years would she assume otherwise.

Am sure after the initial shock, she would be happy for you and would want you to be happy

It’s great you’re attracted to her! She probably likes you too, that’s why you’re feeling the vibe. This could be wondrful. Don’t worry about whether you gay or straight or what you are. Really. Lots of ignorance and narrow mindedness on this thread.

My experience? As a rule of thumb, there aren’t any completely straight women! Seriously though - it needn’t matter. Be open and curious and see where it leads. Have a kiss and see how it feels. Take it one step at a time. Good luck with this. I think you should go for it. The world needs people with bravery and curiosity and openness!

FWIW Friend of mine suddenly became interested in a woman diring her early 30s having never dated a woman before - they fell massively in love and are now married with two children. they are insufferably smug but that’s another story
