If not woorse, they both seem very clueless and it's embarrassing that they hold important positions and shadows.

Incompetent is an understatement

Shes diverting attention from her ineptitude by revelling in victimhood. Yes she receives disgusting comments in the media and on here actually but showing just an ounce of competence would be a start.

Im sure Sajid Javid, Mhari Black, Chukka Umunna all receive malicious communication from all side of the political divide, however their abilities and clarity of thought mean that they are taken seriously.

I believe she is actually unwell and should resign from the front bench.

Well Labour did a good job of hounding AR out of her job. They were relentless in their effort to divert the story from their anti semitic views and it worked. Just in time for the local elections.

Anyway TRESemme pissed on their parade by appointing Sajid Javid as Home Sec instead.

I am not a fan of DA, she irritates me and I think that it has become increasingly obvious that she’s not up to the job.
However, I believe that the fact that she is a woman and a black woman means that the vitriol aimed at her is worse . She receives more hate mail than any other British politician . Anyone who believes that her race and gender is not an issue is being disingenuous.

is she not still ill?

it certainly comes across as if she is.
while i have huge sympathy for her if this is still the case, if she's incapable of doing her job effectively as a result, she shouldn't be doing it.

at least not until she's recovered sufficiently/receiving treatment to manage it more effectively.

when she was on the tv yesterday, she just seemed completely away with the fairies. i know piers morgan can be unnecessarily aggressive/unreasonable with his questions, and seems to relish trying to catch people out, but if she can't deal with that sort of situation at the moment, she shouldn't be there.

if any of us were ill, and it was obviously impacting our ability to do our jobs, we'd be on sick leave.

all that said, i agree that she seems to get more vindicitve/personal/specific abuse than people like boris (even if it might not be a greater volume), and i think this is very much to do with her skin colour and gender (unfortunately). but i also suspect that if she came across more competently, it's likely she wouldn't receive so much (not that this is in anyway acceptable either).

She receives more hate mail than any other British politician .

I wish people would realise that all sides are pushing a narrative, the figures do not add up, during the last election Boris recieved way more than DA

Someone asked Amnesty International why they left men (and Theresa May apparently) out of their similar study that left a lot of people with the impression that Dianne Abbott got the most abuse by a country mile.
