Royal Baby name making me rage

Firstly, I know that I am ridiculous and unreasonable and totally over invested but it is GIVING ME THE ABSOLUTE RAGE that the Royals haven't released the name of the baby yet. I'm sure they are doing it deliberately just to exercise the tiny scraping of power they actually have over us. They are doing evil laughs behind the curtains of Buck House and saying "let the commoners wait..."

I hope they don't call him James. My brothers head will explode and he'll become even more of a cocky shit 'They so named him after me because y'know I'm top' No, they don't even know you exist bellend! I sort of hope they'll name him the same as my DS though some people will think its too 'common' or as my dads boss put it 'that's a proper lads name, he'll be a rum 'un' (He is)

You are not in your own. It's like ok we have another royal baby all's great but people have babies everyday, just release the name and go and enjoy your time together

I think they are arguing with the Queen over it

I doubt they'll use Alfred at the moment, even if it was on the cards before. The whole Alfie Evans case would be a sticking block right now I'd have thought.

I doubt they'd go for David after what the last David did to the family.

Albert/Bertie may be likely, then both George and the new baby would be named after the Queen's Dad and she'd like that.

I'm wondering about Louis as a possibility. It's one of Williams middle names, and Charles would love it as he loved Lord Mountbatten. It's also quite a trendy traditional name IYSWIM?

I think they are all enjoying these threads too much, they'll be sitting about at Buck House or wherever on their phones and Kate is reading them while feeding and waking HRH Prince NoName up by giggling. Then the Queen will be all like "What's so funny?" and Kate will be all SHIT HOW DO I EXPLAIN A PRINCE ALBERT TO HM and then laughing more and then Wills comes in and rolls his eyes and goes out again and then Kate shouts "If you're going to the shops can you get me an Irn Bru and a Creme Egg, I'm starving!" and then Philip wakes up and shouts "TWENTY ROTHMANS AND A RACING POST" and then Wills goes out and doesn't come back for four hours and they have yet again not managed to decide on a name...

If you are truly imagining that I am currently smashing up my living room consumed with fury about not knowing the royal baby name, let me put your mind at rest. It's more of an irritated tut, aimed at myself as much as anything.
However, if you prefer to live in a world where you need to take every trivial MN post literally, go right ahead. Sigh.

The Queen knows what a Prince Albert is. Prince Phillip has one. All Royal men have them. It's the law.

They won't announce the name until the morning of the Royal Wedding, just for shits and giggles. How long do they have to do it and do you think the parents have to go along to the registry office, like everyone else, or can you do it online these days?

I’m hoping for Prince Ebeneza - I think the names been blighted by Dickens famous novel and it’s time the name made a comeback. Also the Royal Family are so generous with their time and money these days it will turn around the name’s miserly image.

I think it will be a nod to her family too somewhere in the name, so Michael, Peter, Francis, Thomas or Ronald

Maybe they are doing what my daughter and partner did. They took around 3 weeks to decide. They had a short list of possibles but couldn't chose so they called her each name in turn for a few days until they found one that fitted well. Her name suits hern perfectly. I wish I had thought of this way!

According to the Daily Fail, the name will be announced today. Which almost certainly means that the name will not be announced today. FML
