If you could go on holiday anywhere in the world where would it be?
For me i’d fly business class to Australia and New Zealand.
My OH said his would be The Maldives. My mum’s would be a spa break in Dorset as she doesn’t like going abroad

Orient Express across Indochina and India.

Antarctic expedition.

I'd say Galapagos but I went on honeymoon 4 years ago.... absolutely wonderful for wildlife lovers!

YourVagesty · 22/04/2018 16:15

I'd yacht around the South Pacific.

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks · 22/04/2018 16:17

Orlando.

Fintress · 22/04/2018 16:28

I just came back from the Maldives and would quite like to not have done so

Really? That is our favourite holiday destination.

I might consider Fregate Island in the Seychelles.

Idrinkandiknowstuff · 22/04/2018 16:30

A world trip, flying first class, natch. I’d see all the seven wonders of the world, followed by all the natural wonders.

sothisisspring · 22/04/2018 16:31

Slovenia. Went there 15 years ago and it was amazing.

turnipfarmers · 22/04/2018 16:31

Antarctica on a specialist cruise ship such as Hurtigruten.
Failing that, Alaska.

Sunshinedaze · 22/04/2018 16:32

Sydney Australia.

TantricTwist · 22/04/2018 16:32

Galapagos Islands
Costa Rica

user1492877024 · 22/04/2018 16:38

Blackpool.

Branleuse · 22/04/2018 16:42

Id love to get a big camper van and travel round europe in it

SaucyJane · 22/04/2018 16:43

I’d hire necker for a few weeks and fly out different groups of family and friends.

Then the Galapagos.

Finished with a fortnight in Japan and then a fortnight in Hawaii.

Ahh - this time next year, eh Rodders?

Mightywease · 22/04/2018 16:43

Some great choices on this thread, I'd love to go to Easter Island or go back to Sri Lanka or Japan.

However at the moment it would be back to China, touring round with the small one, visiting all the sights, eating loads of delicious food and cuddling baby pandas!!

FiloPasty · 22/04/2018 16:49

So if money were no object it would be 3 holidays

Family holiday - Disney Florida with bells on

DH & I Naples, Capri & the Amalfi coast.

On my own - I’d love to go to Jason Vale’s juice resort and then maybe on a nice yoga Spa retreat

BonnieF · 22/04/2018 17:03

I’m a cricket lover, so my dream holiday is to do a complete Ashes series in Australia, first class & 5* all the way. I would thoroughly explore the country in the time between matches.

Glumglowworm · 22/04/2018 17:05

Road trip around the US for several months (if money is no object I can afford to not work right?)

Somewhere all inclusive with a pool and nice weather for a week. I’ve only once been to a typical hot holiday destination, and we stayed in a self catering apartment, I’d love to try all inclusive

TipTopTat · 22/04/2018 17:07

Monaco, Venice, Loch Ness, Cornwall, Bora Bora, The Maldives is nice but a bit wanky, Coralleo in a private house with sauna and hot tub and 2 acres of land.

safariboot · 22/04/2018 17:12

Pleased to see I'm not alone in saying Antarctica. Last great wilderness and all that.

thatmustbenigelwiththebrie · 22/04/2018 17:21

I've always wanted to see some of the stunning scenery in the States - places like Colorado and Yosemite.

araiwa · 22/04/2018 17:22

Space

AngeloMysterioso · 22/04/2018 17:25

@Somtamthai - don’t hate me - I’m in Boracay right now, was in Palawan last week, and Bohol the week before that. You’re right to want to come here, it’s stunning.

For me, it’s Bora Bora. Snowflake in hell’s chance of ever making it there though.

WatchoutDSisdriving · 22/04/2018 17:25

Mountain gorilla trekking in Rwanda or Uganda followed by a trip down the Zambezi to see the Victoria Falls and a safari in Zambia and Botswana.

Also on the to-do but too expensive for now is Madagascar for lemurs, Galápagos Islands and Borneo for orangutans.

DickTERFin · 22/04/2018 17:26

Hawaii.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 22/04/2018 17:32

Just put me on a small but luxurious ship, and send me off round the world. I’ll let you know when I’ve had enough.
