To ask for your help - are you near Gatwick?

Posting here for traffic. In a pickle. I’m in a hotel v close to Gatwick and I’ve been up all night with horrendous D&V. I need to travel today (not flying, thankfully, train back home) but can’t go anywhere in current state and I’ve got no Imodium. Is anyone nearby who could drop me some off? Hotel staff can’t give out medicine.

Oh and I’m not a poo troll. After the night I’ve had I never want to think about poo ever again!

I’m a million times better and have made it home. Thanks to all for the advice and sympathy, and of course to the lovely Albus for the rescue package. As a PP noted, MN at its best.
