To ask for your help - are you near Gatwick?

Posting here for traffic. In a pickle. I’m in a hotel v close to Gatwick and I’ve been up all night with horrendous D&V. I need to travel today (not flying, thankfully, train back home) but can’t go anywhere in current state and I’ve got no Imodium. Is anyone nearby who could drop me some off? Hotel staff can’t give out medicine.

Oh and I’m not a poo troll. After the night I’ve had I never want to think about poo ever again!

I live near a couple of hotels, I don't know how close to Gatwick you are OP, as I don't have a car some of them are awkward to get to but if you do need anything else I'm happy to try and help.

OP...just read your update about the half marathon. Just be careful following this (probably very unlikely but best to be warned) I ran one before I knew about my kidney problems and had acute dehydration afterwards (with D&V symptoms) and it led to major kidney damage. Just be careful it is a bug and nothing more sinister.

Update: rescue package delivered by @albuspercival. I am in tears at the kindness. Thank you so much. ❤️
