nuttyslackster · 26/02/2018 21:05

Raspberry iced buns - delish!

MotherOfTwoDragons · 26/02/2018 21:05

Piri piri mayonnaise

UnicornRainbowColours · 26/02/2018 21:05

The prawn crackers or the cheese crispys

NellMangel · 26/02/2018 21:06

Lol at the first response to your thread!

They do a lovely salmon terrine that is delicious on a baguette from their bakery. Oh and the scones too.

I love the deli range over summer.

That's it, I'll have to go this weekend

PrivateParkin · 26/02/2018 21:07

I forgot the best one: lemon and lime jaffa cakes!!

mrscee · 26/02/2018 21:08

Love the speckled mini eggs they do at easter!

babyl0ve · 26/02/2018 21:09

Salted caramel Florentines. Yum!

WindyWednesday · 26/02/2018 21:10

I thought only the gelatine free Percy pigs were like that. I buy ones for me (veggie) and ones for the rest of the family. Does this mean we can actually share?? I’m going to have a look at the packet.

jarhead123 · 26/02/2018 21:11

I like their super food nutty salad

OlennasWimple · 26/02/2018 21:11

Colin the Caterpillar cake

ShyOyster · 26/02/2018 21:12

Butternut squash ravioli
Smoked salmon sandwich (the one made in store, on fresh baguette)
Also, bakery used to have cherry and almond tarts which I discovered when I was pregnant and they became my regular treat. They don’t seem to have them any more at the M&S I occasionally visit which is heartbreaking.

CampariSpritz · 26/02/2018 21:12

The salted caramel & chocolate hot cross buns. I also second the pitta chips.

Alltheprettyseahorses · 26/02/2018 21:13

I forgot the Empress Grey teabags too ...

halfwitpicker The parsnip bake is one of the prepared veg dishes. It's got leeks in it too and is in a cheese sauce. And it's absolutely gorgeous.

CatherineUC · 26/02/2018 21:13

Why did they stop doing the chicken tikka sandwiches?!? I loved them!!

Bejazzled · 26/02/2018 21:14

A warm apple turnover from the fresh bakery

nokidshere · 26/02/2018 21:14

The shredded layer vegetables that have a bit of garlic butter in them and take two mins in the microwave - yum!

DeputyBrennan · 26/02/2018 21:14

Pretzel rolls
Raspberry iced buns
Apricot Swiss roll

They used to have a ‘bubbly’ Swiss milk chocolate bar with crunchy malty bits that I loved, but I haven’t seen them for a year or two now.

The berry bircher muesli pots are a ‘treat’ for me - I’d eat one every day on my journey to (and from!) work if I didn’t feel it was a bit of a waste of money.

MagnaWiles · 26/02/2018 21:15

Their guacamole is delicious on wholegrain bread. Yum.

caggie09 · 26/02/2018 21:16

The bakery section is my favouriteGrin I love the Salted Caramel tart, the sausage rolls - three mini ones in a pack for £1.50, lovely though. I do love the cheese cakes too!

starsorwater · 26/02/2018 21:18

Scotch eggs from the Gastropub range.

RuthsRandomRadish · 26/02/2018 21:18

Clementines so delicious.

And if they are a bad bag can just take them back and swap them

BalloonSlayer · 26/02/2018 21:19

Have to add

  1. Beef and onion crisps

  2. Beef and onion crisps

  3. Beef and onion crisps

  4. Extremely chocolatey white chocolate ring biscuits. These were my absolute favourites for many years. Until I discovered how many calories were in them

  5. Beef and onion crisps

  6. Beef and onion crisps. They are vegan so suitable for:
    a) Dairy allergic CS
    b) Veggie DH
    c) Beef crisps fan Yours Truly, who has worshipped every cow-flavoured potato snack product sold by M&S since 1979, and mourned every withdrawn from sale of same. Sad Thrilled to discover something still exists to please us beef-crisps lovers, even if it has no beef in it.

LilaoftheGreenwood · 26/02/2018 21:20

Good thread!

Tomato, chicken and basil pasta salad
Beetroot, pea and mint dip
Freshly squeezed clementine/orange/apple juice
Still lemonade
Strawberry milk
Sour cream and red onion crisps
Maple bacon crisps
Hot cross buns and mince pies
Gin in a can/Train wine!
The new sparkling water with cucumber and mint is amazing and I keep buying it for one pound sodding forty a pop like an idiot.
Swiss Extra Fine Milk Chocolate, but they don't seem to be doing it any more Sad. It was always weirdly sold in packs of 3 big bars though, maybe it didn't sell very well like that.

Amarriedcatlady · 26/02/2018 21:21

Ooh I’m loving this thread.

DH and I are absoutely addicted to their cheese and onion twist straws in the bakery section. Everyone needs to try them!

I love the vegetarian soft gummies but unfortunately, I’m trying to avoid sugar.

They once has sweets that had popping candy, chilli, and covered in yoghurt that were delicious. Not sure they make them anymore.

I love the white chocolate cookies and the mini cookies they serve in their cafes are nice too.

Hot cross buns.

I shall be taking note of your veggie suggestions @alltheprettyseahorses
