To ask dog owners at the beach why you don’t

pick up plastic litter ?

I run along a beautiful coastline and see the same dog walkers ignoring the plastic.

You have a bag ready and will walk past a bin. AIBU to think that this would be a help to the environment ?

Thank you to the lovely people who have decided to join in picking up the beach litter and apologies to the dog owners who felt got at.

If you look at Sas.org - surfers against sewage - they organise lots of beach clean ups and are really fab.

Also #take3forthesea, a global campaign encouraging everyone, not just us dog walkers, to pick up 3 pieces of litter on every visit to the beach. It's an easy habit to get into.

Emmageddon I was about to post about the same campaign. Every body picks up 3 items.
