Devin Nunes Gets A Pretty Basic Fact Wrong In Defending His Memo
Nunes suggested that Donald Trump had never met with George Papadopoulos. There's a photo of them sitting at the same table.

And we certainly didn't have a national security meeting right here:

In the State of the Union, Trump laid out an immigration plan with “four pillars.” The first pillar was citizenship for DREAMers.

He just tweeted that his immigration plan has “three priorities.” As @chrisgeidner notes: guess which pillar is missing?

Republicans want to fix DACA far more than the Democrats do. The Dems had all three branches of government back in 2008-2011, and they decided not to do anything about DACA. They only want to use it as a campaign issue. Vote Republican!

Tea Pain
@TeaPainUSA
FUN FACTS: DACA was established by the Obama Administration in June 2012 and RESCINDED by the Trump Administration in September 2017.

Trump broke it, but criticizes Dems for not fixin' it before it existed. #Dotard

Steven Dennis
@StevenTDennis
DACA exists because Obama acted after a Senate minority filibustered the DREAM Act in 2010; John Boehner and Paul Ryan have refused to allow any vote thereafter save a 2013 vote to defund DACA and make every one of them deportable.

Is fascinating that when people suggests ICE be abolished the reaction by some is to say “but what would you replace it with!” as if ICE was a part of the constitution & we’ve never operated without it. It was created in 2003. It’s far from a requisite feature of our government.

This doesn’t sound like IC language.

The more I think about it, the more bizarre this statement is.

Whatever the details were in terms of what happened:

  1. The activities were the result of a Russian op.
  2. This @CIA reply gives the Russians plausible deniability AND smears the US press.

It serves Putin’s ends.

'A top official charged with overseeing the safety of the nation's railroads has resigned "effective immediately," the Department of Transportation said Saturday after POLITICO raised questions about whether he was simultaneously working as a public relations consultant in Mississippi.

The news comes at a time of strain for the Federal Railroad Administration, which hasn’t had a permanent leader for more than a year while it investigates a string of fatal train crashes and deals with a rising trend of rail-related deaths.

Heath Hall became the Federal Railroad Administration's acting chief after being appointed deputy administrator in June. But he subsequently appeared at least twice in local media reports last summer as a sheriff's department spokesman in Madison County, Miss., where he has long run a public relations and political consulting firm.'

Men are controlling women by threatening to report them to the authorities.
