An update on the earlier thread.

OP posts:
MuncheysMummy · 04/02/2018 10:29

Troll are you actually the cheeky fucker who tried to bully the OP into this situation?! Was it your stuff in the stable?! Else why on earth are you firstly so over invested in this anaoymous thread on the net and secondly so downright nasty as to try to get a stranger in trouble for not allowing some cheeky cow to bully her?! Why on earth would you think the lady was inn the right storing her stuff for free on someone else's land without permission when they owner needs to use the space herself and has given plenty of time to move the unauthorised stuff?! What's wrong with you? I'm sensing you have issues relating to other humans in real life?

DrRanjsRightEyebrow · 04/02/2018 10:30

@titsandbits Grin
Give her 24 hours. If you're not under lock and key by then, give her the colour of your front door. This is better than that Hunted tv programme.

Weezol · 04/02/2018 10:30

I see no-one has asked the important question. Trollhunter, do you have snow tyres on your Segway?

DrRanjsRightEyebrow · 04/02/2018 10:31

@Weezol - actual tears at that one Grin

flumpybear · 04/02/2018 10:36

Troll hunter - inthink you're talking nonsense - you're allowed to get rid of anything left on your new property at the cost of the vendor to be honest. If there was somebody using the property and it wasn't disclosed then the vendors would be in trouble.

She was apparently the owner of the stuff but that's just her story, she could be saying anything, she may just have known about it and decided she wanted it

If it was hers she should have moved it when asked - the OP isn't at Liberty to store her stuff for free - she's being a CF

FairNotFair · 04/02/2018 10:37

Trollhunter, do you have snow tyres on your Segway?

Grin Grin Grin

Of course she does - she ordered them along with her night-vision goggles.

LittleGreenBranch · 04/02/2018 10:37

Placemarking...

Gide · 04/02/2018 10:39

I have sent a copy of OP's original stash to the police, what she did was an illegal eviction and destruction of property, she needed to go through an eviction process before she could destroy the property.

Wrong. There was no lease, it’s not a tenancy agreement. Neighbour was given warning, refused to act, owner is within her rights to remove stuff. You can’t evict stuff!

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/02/2018 10:45

Rather ironic that someone who styles themself as mntrollhunter displays such trolly behaviour.

I have, therefore, reported them to MNHQ the authorities.

AnachronisticCorpse · 04/02/2018 10:47

I know Scottish property law is different from England, but I thought vacant possession meant you can dump anything you like once you own the property.

This is all hilarious by the way. Keep going.

cantsleepclownwilleatme · 04/02/2018 10:49

Sent a copy of the original stash to the police 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

This is gold. Oh please get back to us and let us know what the police said!

AnachronisticCorpse · 04/02/2018 10:52

Also, ref vacant possession, you can probably claim back the cost of the skip from the previous owner’s estate...

Pretty sure it was on them to ensure the property was vacant before completion.

Weezol · 04/02/2018 10:55

Copy of the original stash? You went out and bought duplicates of everything in the stable and dropped them round at the nick?

I didn't think the basket on a Segway had that kind of capacity. Well, every day really is a school day on MN!

not on reddit last I checked

frogsoup · 04/02/2018 11:01

I think people like trollhunter have haunted the real world for years with their green inked letters - my OH got a letter published in the times years ago and good god, the paper letters he got sent were astonishing, it was a proper convention of tin-foil-hatted nutters. I suspect that the green ink brigade have only recently moved into the online world (which clearly wasn't short of craziness already, but of a different kind) but haven't quite grasped that the net isn't the local village, and that their customary pastime of reporting their neighbours to the local bobby for putting their washing out before 9am doesnt really translate very easily. It's a bit sad really, they are being left behind by the world in every sense.

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/02/2018 11:01

Ah, thanks Hugger. It was the 'stash' thing that made me think they might be a trolle sans frontiéres Grin

NorbertTheDragon · 04/02/2018 11:07

Mntrollhunter is hilarious, and I suspect shouldn't have the word hunter at the end of their name.

I always thought once you've moved into a property you've bought anything left behind was yours to dispose of.

Obviously the police have nothing better to do than try to figure out where the OP is from trollhunters report. I'm sure they've put their best men on this very important job.

DawnMumsnet · 04/02/2018 11:08

Morning all,

Sorry to butt in. We've had a lot of reports about mntrollhunter's posts on this thread (and indeed a few other threads). Turns out s/he's a previously banned poster - back to stir up a bit of trouble by the look of things - so we've deleted all of their posts now.

This might mean the thread doesn't make as much sense, but if we'd left them up we'd have been fielding reports about them all day.

Cheers.

HunterHearstHelmsley · 04/02/2018 11:09

Curiouser and curiouser...

DrRanjsRightEyebrow · 04/02/2018 11:10

Oh but it was so much fun Sad

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/02/2018 11:13

Yay! for DawnMN and her banhammer Grin

Was it not Mrs McDoogle with the pinny?

BewareOfDragons · 04/02/2018 11:20

I'm sure Trollhunter has pinpointed the excat location now that she knows the horses' stables are next to a field.
