I'd be surprised if any weren't. At this stage, I don't know what kind of mentality you'd have to support the army in their theories. They genuinely believe Alfie is being given an actual lethal injection, and that anyone who agrees with them is right and anyone who disagrees has to be corrupt.

I also wonder if this is why the grandparents have kept a low profile? They inherently understand that our Tom has never been one to be told no.

I think I read somewhere he has 8 siblings, so it’s quite possible that it is the way their family works, who ever makes the most noise gets what they want and the strongest personality wins.

I think it’s important to remember that he is very young and I remember at around his age learning that life isn’t always fair and it came as quite a shock!

Quite a few of AA are saying that they are withdrawing care for their own children at AH. I hope they see sense and ensure that there children are getting medical care elsewhere and not just leaving them with no alternative. Some of AA seems to struggle to comprehend what this case is all about and can't get past the 'AH are murderers' rhetoric.

Goodness, I think I learned that when I was about six! Wailing 'it's not faaaair' never got you anywhere when I was a child.

He may be young, but people his age can be nurses, teachers, police officers, and a whole range of other jobs and professions that require them to keep cool heads and act in a mature and responsible way.

I think it be too risky for a soap to consider it - because another case could easily develop and therefore be happening as the story line airs.

I've seen one post inciting people to storm the hospital and hold a Dr hostage and another that says they will personally stalk and then murder all the Drs involved. Un-fucking-believable!

@DrEustaciaBenson yes but when you were 6 it was someone stealing your toy or making you go to bed when you wanted to stay up later, in TEs situation he feels Alfie is his possession so he should be making the decisions, I imagine it’s the complete lack of control that he’s struggling with.

All of the professions you mentioned would mean reporting to someone in the chain of management, so there are consequences if you don’t act responsibly, what are the consequences for TE?
