It just very much sounds like someone who’s never been told “no” before and thinks that if they stamp their feet loud enough they’ll get what they want.
This is a really pertinent point.
On the one hand you have a young adult with their fingers in their ears alternating between 'I can't hear you!' and 'You can't tell me what to do!'.
On the other hand, this is fame/recognition/power beyond comprehension for an uneducated, young parent from up North.
It's quite the paradox.
I also wonder if this is why the grandparents have kept a low profile? They inherently understand that our Tom has never been one to be told no.
Grief sends people mad but this is next level stuff.
