I'm in a friendship group of 3. One of them is getting married soon. I've always considered her a close mate we used to speak every night, I've done her loadsa favours etc. I had started to feel like it was a bit one sided tbh.
Anyway she's having 8 bridesmaids some family, some her partners friends and you've guessed it the other friend out of the 3 but not me. Tactless much?

I can't see anyone wanting to be a bridesmaid whilst heavily pregnant. How will they get a dress that fits for a start? It's all very well to get one with a bit of spare room but pregnant people come in all shapes and sizes.

Totally clutching at straws but it has transpired on more than one occasion that I've been deliberately excluded from bridesmaid duties because of my size!! My sister in law was very honest about it (and apologetic) but made it quite clear that she didn't want a bridesmaid slimmer than her
