Perhaps in a all white room - but no not a fan

SoupDragon · 21/01/2018 13:16

I know someone who has one in a white hallway with a high ceiling and it looks fabulous.

dotdotdotmustdash · 21/01/2018 13:17

Gorgeously awful but I do love multi-coloured things.

CuppaTeaAndAJammieDodger · 21/01/2018 13:19

nice in a kid's room

NotACleverName · 21/01/2018 13:20

It's hideous and tacky and I absolutely love it. Might buy it for myself when I've got more money.

TickyTakky · 21/01/2018 13:27

I'd like it if it were made of actual coloured glass but I think it's made of plastic with a coloured coating on it. So it's a no from me.

BuzzKillington · 21/01/2018 13:27

It's an atrocity.

It's cheap, and looks it.

yogaginrepeat · 21/01/2018 13:33

I just looked and said out loud "my god that's hideous". No one else around to hear my proclamation of disgust!

Ratinthehat · 21/01/2018 13:35

I quite like it but would have to be in the right kind of room. It would look awful in many.

MichaelBendfaster · 21/01/2018 13:37

I feel like I've seen it in an interiors feature in a weekend paper: 'these two smug fashion/design types graciously let us in to fawn at their expensively done-up home' type thing).

Seem to remember it looked fine in context. It'd look hideous in most places though.

NeitherNowtNorSummat01 · 21/01/2018 13:40

It looks like something Sue Pollard would have in her house

Commuterface · 21/01/2018 13:44

Oh God no! Also I missed out reading the work ‘this’ in your title and thought the post was going to be about someone naming their child chandelier - I’m disappointed Grin

Yellowjello · 21/01/2018 13:58

It's £35. Buy it, hang it and if you don't like it sell it on eBay. I quite like it and would hang it in a plain white room.

DameSquashalot · 21/01/2018 14:13

I like the colours, but it looks too cheap

TenancyTroublesAgain · 21/01/2018 14:16

It looks like confetti.

Tarraleah · 21/01/2018 14:21

They used to be everywhere, but at least this one is cheap.

demirose87 · 21/01/2018 14:25

It's nice but I don't think it would go with a lot of decor. It's more bedroom than living room.

silkpyjamasallday · 21/01/2018 14:29

Ooh I'd love this for DDs bedroom, it's rainbow themed, but I can see it working in a variety of rooms, just depends what it's paired with. If you like it OP go for it, who cares what anyone else thinks, it's not a huge expense if it turns out you don't like it.

gabsdot · 21/01/2018 14:59

I love it. I want it.

humanfemale · 21/01/2018 15:00

It's awesome

TinoTheArtisticMouse · 21/01/2018 15:03

You really need to ask?

cheshiremama89 · 21/01/2018 16:19

My little sister has this who is 11, she loves it!

TheFirstMrsDV · 21/01/2018 16:22

I am laughing my ears off at this thread.
I have that very chandelier in my kitchen.

I LOVE it.

But yes, it is quite cheapy looking and plastic. I like it because it looks like boiled sweeties Grin

LilyChantilly · 21/01/2018 16:30

I love it. I love bright colours in general in my home and can't stand the beige / neutral look. I'm aware that many would consider my taste to be somewhat vulgar but I don't care! If you like it. go for it.

NorksAreMessy · 21/01/2018 16:31

Studio chandelier, it makes me happy

(In our house it is pronounced CHAN -DEL- EE- AY)

Is this chandelier gorgeous or awful?
