We have it in DD2s bedroom its really cute, less plasticky looking in RL but retina burning bright. You cant use dimmer with it.
Depends on where you intend having it.

RavenWings · 21/01/2018 11:22

No. Lovely in a boho shop, childs bedroom or maybe a preschool as mentioned above, but awful otherwise.

averythinline · 21/01/2018 11:22

i like the idea of it and they can add colour really well in a plainish room but I think needs to be in big high ceiling space... and that version is bit small...I think statement chandeliers need to be quite big physically and 45cm is not big for a chandelier

I looked at it and got put off by someone saying they had put it in their kids room...Grin

BellMcEnd · 21/01/2018 11:22

No.

Just no.

MargotLovedTom1 · 21/01/2018 11:22

Some of the upright candle bits are wonky. I wonder if that's a deliberate 'quirk' or whether it's just shoddily made.
I probably would have liked it in my teens and twenties when I was more into 'funky' 😆 style. Now I'm old and boring I think it's a bit of a gaudy mess.

Trashboat · 21/01/2018 11:23

My dd wanted a chandelier for her room and I seen this one, but it hurt my eyes so bad. It's okay for a child's bedroom but that's it.

PsychoPumpkin · 21/01/2018 11:23

Hideous

Allthewaves · 21/01/2018 11:23

hate it. up then boho is not my style of choice

MrsExpo · 21/01/2018 11:23

It's a no from me, but depends where you're going to hang it. Might be fun in the downstairs loo, but I couldn't live with it .... and it will be awful to dust

trojanpony · 21/01/2018 11:23

Depends entirely on the room... in a “vibrant and eclectic” environment it could be fine.

In a normal hallway...a bit vile

Jbck · 21/01/2018 11:23

Just remembered we saw it in New Look teen department and I searched for it online.

bluebell34567 · 21/01/2018 11:24

very nice in a matching room but you better not use clear bulbs.

Sharonthetotallyinsane · 21/01/2018 11:24

I like it.

WingsOnMyBoots · 21/01/2018 11:25

LOL!!! I am literally in agreement with all of you! Part of me thinks 'UGH' but another part thinks 'WOW'! :-)

Fine for a kids room

Iwasjustabouttosaythat · 21/01/2018 11:26

Awful.

tabbywabby · 21/01/2018 11:27

I don't like it, but life is much too short to care about others' tastes and opinions, and not to indulge your own.

If you like it, get it. If someone else loves it, and they want it, leave them to it.

MsHomeSlice · 21/01/2018 11:28

didn't they have these in that lurid house decorated with Marilyn Monroe wallscape posters and violent clashing colours in every room??

the EA listing was everywhere a couple of years back!

PrincessoftheSea · 21/01/2018 11:30

Love it in the right room

sayerville · 21/01/2018 11:30

Gawdy, save up for a proper clear crystal one!

BashStreetKid · 21/01/2018 11:30

It's horrible. It would be slightly better if it were real glass.

MsHomeSlice · 21/01/2018 11:31

YES.....

Do NOT look if you are feeling at all hungover or queasy!

CheapSausagesAndSpam · 21/01/2018 11:31

I like it but I"m well known for my tacky off-beat taste.

Time40 · 21/01/2018 11:32

I partly agree with LoudBatPerson - it looks like it's trying too hard to be wacky. I don't think it's awful, though, and it could look OK in the right sort of room. The room would either have to be very, very plain, or also quite colourful and wacky.

pictish · 21/01/2018 11:33

I love it...but I'd use it for a kid's bedroom not in a communal room.
