Two people close to the WH told me this AM Trump was “absolutely fuming” because Sessions didn’t report back in detail on how his interview went with Mueller’s team. Apparently Trump was “begging” Sessions to tell him what questions were asked & Sessions wouldn’t tell him much.

It would be par for the course, I think.

Good news about Sessions. He's knee deep in Russia and Comey, so he's either indicted himself for perjury or given Mueller more evidence. The AG taking the fifth would be and Mueller could presumably take him before a Grand Jury if he felt he was getting the runaround.

Is this quite a quick response by the dems? I’m impressed with the turnaround (though I don’t know If I should be - no idea about how this would usually work)

Impeachment, whatever the cause, needs republican support. I don’t think it makes much material difference if it is for fraud or Russian collusion, the gop aren’t likely to go for it until it’s absolutely unavoidable (and I think it’ll be mueller’s investigation that has the best chance of that)

If the Trump campaign transferred 130k to Trump business, does that mean he didn't personally have that amount of cash, or it would affect his cash flow significantly? I.e. does that mean he isn't as rich as he claims and he is poor ?

I suppose impeachment will depend on how Nov 2018 goes.

Chuck Schumer has informed the White House that he’s withdrawing his offer to give Trump the money he needed for the border wall, Politico reports.

I am assuming this is in part a response to the way Trump and the white house have handled the agreement on the budget the other day. I did think it was pretty stupid of them to go so heavy on the Dems caved and are losers angle when they still have to make an agreement again in a few weeks. All they have done is made it even harder for the Dems to make concessions in future.

Melania has dropped out of the Davos trip .

I’m sure she has some important stuff to do. I’d be roller skating around the White House myself.
