That I don't need in laws checking up on me

I just need to have an in law vent.

AIBU to thing that as an adult I don't need my in laws tutting and shaking their heads when I told them I haven't eaten today yet because I'm not hungry. I am 5months postpartum (not breastfeeding) so it's not like I am exactly wasting away, I still have baby weight to lose! I think I can competently decide if my body wants food and if it doesn't, I really don't need them checking up on if I've eaten and then getting angry at the answer of no.

Why is everyone having such a go at the OP? At 5 2" and 8 stone, she's a perfectly healthy weight. I'm close enough to her size both in height and weight and I'm a size 6-8. I've never been big, even as a child I was skinny. I think it's just the way I'm built.
Yet I also have a MIL who can't understand why I don't want a massive fry up and a load of chips on the side with a litre of coke to wash it down followed by a huge portion of dessert.
Society is so used to seeing overweight people that we've forgotten that people the OPs size aren't underweight but are in fact a HEALTHY weight.
Oh and before anyone asks, my MIL is 5 5" and weighs over 16 stone. I think we knows who's healthier here.

Because people don't know what a healthy weight looks like anymore.

Because 62% of the UK is overweight it is causing this, a poster being told she has an eating disorder when she is a healthy BMI.

There was another recent thread about a model, completely healthy size and the OP emailed the company saying she was too thin.
